Patricia Villarreal is the Vice Chair for the Council for the Spanish Speaking, Inc. board of directors and serves as the Chair of the Personnel Committee.  Patricia is currently serving as the Interim Director of the Office of Equity/Diversity Services at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Patricia is an accomplished presenter on the areas of workforce diversity, Title VII and other EEO issues, human resources employment skills and supervisory training.

Patricia began her activism work as a graduate student and member of Trabajadores de la Raza, a Latino student organization, in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  She was a founding member of the original Latina Task Force, a group of Latinas in southeastern Wisconsin advocating for social change.  She is also a member and Co-Chair of Latinas En Accion.  Patricia is a past president of the board of directors for Sixteenth Street Community Health Center and served on the boards of 53204 Neighborhood Council and the Casey Foundation’s Milwaukee Jobs Initiative.  Patricia is a self-described educator, community leader, and activist.
